Hi! My name is
Rick LaFata I’m the owner of
Custom Concrete Design.
I’ve lived in Lake of the Ozarks since 1977 and have been married to my beautiful wife Traci for 29 years, we have 2 beautiful girls, Taylor and Dakota. We love living here at the lake.
I started Custom Concrete Design back in March of 2003, when looking around there seemed like an awful lot of gray concrete in the area. Nobody was filling the niche of
decorative concrete resurfacing installations.
I quickly got myself trained in
Florida, and became a certified installer of decorative concrete. I came back to the lake, got a loan for a truck and trailer, some equipment and product and off I went. Now, here I am 19 years later still doing
decorative concrete overlays here in the lake area.
I have completed many trainings since then by getting certified in several advanced classes By
Elitecrete and
The Concrete Protector located in
Florida,
Las Vegas, Ohio, St. Louis, Kansas City and Chicago twice.
